Product descriptions, load ratings and dimensions are taken from our current specifications and marketplace listings. Photography is representative; finishes and hardware may change without notice as we revise a line. Where a specification matters to a purchase decision, confirm it in writing with us first.
Prices shown on this website are indicative retail references in US dollars, excluding tax and freight. They are not a quotation. Wholesale pricing is issued separately in a line sheet and is valid for the period stated on that document.
3. Orders and checkout
Consumer orders are placed through our Amazon.com storefront and are governed by Amazon’s customer terms, including its returns and warranty processes. Wholesale orders are placed under a signed sales agreement or purchase order accepted by us in writing.
The cart and checkout on this website are provided for demonstration and evaluation. They do not constitute an offer to sell, no payment is collected, no inventory is reserved and no contract of sale is formed by submitting them.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery windows quoted for wholesale orders run from production completion, not from order date, and are estimates given in good faith. Risk passes according to the Incoterm stated on the sales agreement. Claims for visible transit damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within five business days.
5. Returns
Consumer returns follow the marketplace policy of the listing used for purchase. Wholesale returns require written authorisation; unsolicited returns may be refused. Faulty goods are handled under the warranty section below rather than as a change of mind.
6. Warranty and spare parts
Our products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on the applicable listing or sales agreement. The warranty does not cover normal wear, commercial overloading beyond the stated rating, modification, or damage from misuse. Spare parts for current lines are held and supplied on request.
7. Intellectual property
The Climblocka name, logo, product photography, copy and page designs on this site are owned by Climblocka LLC or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. Any other reproduction, scraping for commercial use, or use of our marks in advertising requires written consent.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Do not submit false enquiry details or use the forms to send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Do not copy product data at scale for competing catalogues.
9. Third-party links
We link to Amazon.com and to mapping services for convenience. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
10. Disclaimers
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the site itself. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Climblocka LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including lost profit or lost data. Our total liability arising from site use is limited to one hundred US dollars. Liability for death, personal injury or fraud is not excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Orange County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to that venue.
13. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your visit applies. Material changes affecting an active agreement will be notified to the counterparty directly.
